TRC is working with a young and ambitious company who are looking to add to their head office function team by hiring an exceptional Bid Writer!

The Role

  • Draft clear, structured, and persuasive content for private and public sector tenders and funding applications.
  • Support live tender projects and lead on entire bids.
  • Work hand in hand with the BD team to secure placements. 
  • Review and interpret procurement documents, aligning responses with evaluation criteria.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our potential bid opportunities and knowledge tank. 
  • Attend team meetings, internal reviews, and client briefings.
  • Apply editorial rigour and quality assurance to written content.
  • Meet hard deadlines confidently and consistently.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to gather key facts, service information, and supporting evidence.

The ideal Candidate will have:
 

  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • Have experience within the healthcare market writing bids, ideally within complex homecare packages
  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of regulations within health and social care

This role is home-based; however can only consider applicants based in the UK. There will be travel required on occasion to meetings etc.
