Location: Leeds

Package: £22,000 – £30,000 Basic Salary + OTE £42,000 (Uncapped) + 25 Days Hols (Plus Bank Holidays), Flexible/Hybrid Working, Free Gym Membership, Pension, Group Life Assurance, Video GP Service, 24/7 Employee Helpline, Employee Discount Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, Private Medical Insurance etc.

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding permanent recruitment team.

As a business we cover a multitude of sectors and disciplines, focusing on providing exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

If you are highly organised, with an excellent work ethic, hunger to succeed and have a proven track record of exceeding targets in a 360 Consultant position, then we want to hear from you!

The job will vary, but from day one you will be responsible for building a desk within your specialist sector, managing the full recruitment process and of course, developing new business.

This role is key to our continued success so you can expect the required support and resources to be always at your disposal.
