£22,136 – £25,857 + 8% Bonus + Hybrid working + Full Training + Onsite gym

The Company:
Our client is one of Europe’s leading and most respected credit management companies, they believe in the importance of good relationships. Whether that’s with their customers or their people. Due to growth and exciting expansion plans the business are currently looking to recruit several Legal Recovery Associates based in Leeds.

The Role:
You’ll be dealing with inbound and outbound calls – speaking to customers about their accounts. It’s important to take the time to understand each customer’s unique situation and be empathetic where appropriate.
It’ll be your job to help them to find the right way forward – including putting affordable repayment plans in place in conjunction with any litigation process, helping with any queries or conducting regular reviews to ensure payments are still suitable.

The Candidate:

  • Ideally, you will have experience within an Customer Service Centre or Contact Centre. You could come from Retail, Hospitality or maybe a Child Minding or Caring background
  • You MUST have Customer Service experience and have a sensitive and resilient character – you will have to have the right nature to deal with vulnerable customers Enthusiasm, passion, dedication and IT literate
  • Your personality will portray the following attributes: excellent attitude, excellent work ethic, charisma and the ability to show genuine commitment to all aspects of work
  • Thirst for knowledge and personal development.
  • You will be hungry and be relentless in the way you work to achieve results – desire is key
  • You must be a ‘go–getter’ and be highly organised as an individual
  • You must be tenacious, driven, and willing to apply the work ethic required to be successful.
  • You will be incredibly driven and have the desire to work in a people–centric environment – you put in the hard work, you will get the support and rewards in return.
  • You will live within a commutable distance to Leeds.
