£12.00 Per Hour – 12 Week Temp to Perm – IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE
39 per week (M-F) + 4 hours every other Saturday (9am-1pm)
The Company
Our client is a well-established family run business supplying and installing solar shading solutions. They are a market leading company and are continuously expanding so, now is the perfect opportunity to get on board and grow with the company.
The Role
The ideal candidate will enjoy providing customers with fantastic customer care, have a great telephone and email manner and will want to be part of our hard-working and well-established office-based team (with dogs). We require a candidate who is willing to learn and gain knowledge and enjoys working in a fast-paced and friendly environment!
What you need:
- To be the first point of contact for our clients, either via the Portal, phone, or email.
- You MUST have Customer Service experience and have a sensitive and resilient character – you will have to have the right nature to deal with vulnerable customers.
- Must have experience in a busy helpdesk/call centre environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Any industry experience is a bonus.
