My client is a successful IT Managed Service Provider, looking to expand their team.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Responsible for handling 3rd line technical escalations and for driving best practice within the team, including internal systems, projects work & development of SOP’s, documentation etc in collaboration with the Service Desk Manager & SMT, this is not the usual run of the mill role, offering a genuinely varied, interesting challenge.
What you need:
- A “customer first” mentality and a genuine passion for IT.
- Solid experience in 3rd line IT support with a focus on complex technical escalations.
- Experience of high-volume service desk environments in an MSP environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Office 365, AD, Windows, Networking, Virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper-V etc) and backup (Veeam), Firewall, Cloud (Azure/AWS) etc.
