They are currently experiencing unprecedented growth and continue to disrupt the market.

As a result of this success, they are currently looking to recruit experienced a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their highly successful team.

Working from our clients Leeds head office the role offers a great opportunity for the right person to develop a career with a rapidly expanding, reputable MSP.

What you need:

  • A “customer first” mentality
  • Solid experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support.
  • Technical experience or qualifications/industry accreditations (e.g Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, etc)
  • Experience of service desk environments, ideally in an MSP environment.
  • Experience with datacentre technologies, cloud services, server, storage and end-point technology including Azure, AD, o365, Windows Server, VMWare/Hyper-V, Citrix & Networking (LAN/WAN)
