Our client is an award-winning IT managed services provider.

They have a reputation for delivering innovative, cutting edge, solutions for business from SME to Enterprise, on time, on budget, every time.

They are currently experiencing unprecedented growth and continue to disrupt the market.

As a result of this success, they are currently looking to recruit experienced an On Site Service Desk Engineer to join their highly successful team.

Working 1 week per month from the business’ Leeds head office and 3 weeks per month from the client site in Sheffield, the role offers a great opportunity for the right person to develop a career with a rapidly expanding, reputable MSP.

What you need:

  • A “customer first” mentality
  • Solid experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support.
  • Technical experience or qualifications/industry accreditations (e.g Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, etc)
  • Experience of service desk environments, ideally in an MSP environment.
  • Experience with datacentre technologies, cloud services, server, storage and end-point technology including Azure, AD, o365, Windows Server, VMWare/Hyper-V, Citrix & Networking (LAN/WAN)
