We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join a growing and established Law Firm based in Leeds.
To work closely with the Head of HR at an operational level to manage, administer and apply the day-to-day operational HR function and to support the Head of HR to ensure efficient delivery of strategies across the business.

Experience as an HR Manager within the Legal or Professional Services sectors.
Minimum 5 years of operational working within a HR Department, preferably within a professional services firm.
Substantial experience in running/managing internal disciplinary and grievance procedures including, but not limited to, undertaking formal disciplinary/grievance investigations.
Excellent knowledge of employment law and be familiar with usual HR policies, and the application of those policies in practice.
Proactive when dealing with staff and partners and in the operation of HR policies
Demonstrate high levels of integrity and lead by example
Have a sense of humour!
You must live within a commutable distance of Leeds City Centre
