The Company:

My client is a Rosette standard Gastro Restaurant based in North Yorkshire. They are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef/Senior Chef De Partie with flair and creativity to assist the Head Chef in driving the on-going success of the traditional, fine dining offering they pride their reputation on.

The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef/Senior Chef De Partie you will be responsible for;

Running the kitchen when the head chef is away

Ensuring your brigade has high culinary standards

Managing food purchasing and storage

Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment

Helping to create new recipes and write menus

The Candidate:

A flair with ingredients

Ideally experience within a Rosette standard kitchen

An ability to stay calm when the pressure mounts

First rate culinary skills

Be a real 'foodie' at heart with absolute passion and enthusiasm for creating innovative menus

Be driven by excellence and attention to detail

Be naturally outgoing and energetic with an ability to train and inspire

Be financially astute and an ability to work with targets

Demonstrate confidence with a 'can do' attitude

Have a passion to continually drive sales via seeking customer feedback and introducing new initiatives

You must have your own transport
