TRC Group are currently supporting a leading construction business based in Castleford, for the recruitment of a Sales Support Administrator. If you have previous experience working in either the civil engineering or rail sectors, then we would love to hear from you.

The Role:
You will be situated within the rail division of the company and will be responsible for actively promoting the company’s products and services.

·        Providing support to the Technical Sales Reps with administration and preparing quotations
·        Researching leads and projects
·        Transferring leads to the Sales Reps
·        Dairy management
·        Assisting with and attending sales meetings
·        Meeting and greeting visitors.
·        Assisting with email marketing campaigns
·        Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys
·        Providing general administration and support to the technical teams
·        Dealing with telephone enquiries and correspondence

About You:
·        Previous experience working in a sales environment.
·        Strong customer service experience
·        Strong administration skills
·        IT literate
·        Technically minded, with the ability to work within a fast paced environment
