The Role:
You will be assisting customers through our client’s order process, providing the best customer care.

Typical duties will include:
·        Assisting customers with a variety of queries
·        End to end management of queries
·        Engaging with newly signed up customer to welcome them on board.
·        Carrying out accurate administration tasks
·        Contributing to a fun and friendly atmosphere

About you:
·        Track record working within fast paced KPI driven environments.
·        Proven experience managing and taking ownership of queries.
·        Strong communication skills
·        Experience working in large teams.
·        IT literate, with the ability to use Excel at intermediate level.
