We are currently recruiting for the role of Resourcing Advisor/Graduate Recruiter for a prestigious Law firm business based in Leeds.

The Graduate Recruiter/Resourcing Advisor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment of Trainee Solicitors and Grads as well as managing assessment centres, training and development with creativity and imagination.

CIPD qualified or equivalent would be desirable.
Knowledge and experience of graduate recruitment is essential within a legal or professional services environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Presenting to all levels and being the face of the company to graduates.
Tenacity, resilience and patience when dealing with difficult and challenging issues.
Excellent relationship builder both within the firm and with candidates.
Managing expectations with internal clients effectively so as to maintain credibility and professionalism.
Excellent planning and organising skills, managing multiple tasks/activities/projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
Must be highly organised, a good time manager and able to effectively juggle conflicting demands whilst maintaining a high attention to detail at all times.
Dynamic problem solving abilities; finding creative, commercial and pragmatic solutions.
Have a sense of humour!
