The Company
My client is one of the market-leading Mental Health & Rehabilitation organisations within the UK. In line with the aggressive growth plans the business are currently building a Sales & Marketing team to realise these exciting growth and development plans which are in place. We are looking to recruit a New Business Development Manager to take control of the reins of these exciting expansion goals.
This is a hugely ambitious company who are investing heavily into bespoke technology in order to ensure they stand out from the rest – very exciting times to join!
The Role
As a New Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
Building on existing business within Inpatient and developing brand new business opportunities within the tech side
Convert and chase leads on the company database to develop new business
Work closely alongside the Marketing Department to ensure the correct target audience are being approached and that the correct material is being realised onto Social Media
The Candidate
A “Hunter” passionate about new business
Healthcare Sector experience is ideal
Skilful and able to flex with stakeholder management – wide ranging client interaction who can flex style across various levels … CEO, Procurement Directors, Buyers, Senior Ops
Ability to work in fast paced environment – balanced, resilient, level-headed are key attributes
You must be very commercially aware
You will be self-motivated and self-sufficient with the ability to stand on your own two feet and use your own initiative - you will not require much management
Dynamic, with a will to win – will have wide ranging end to end new business experience, with demonstrable track record.
Strong commercial acumen - able to understand and present insightful data on New Business and the process
Ideally you will live in the North West (but not essential) and you also be open to National travel
