Paint Shop Team Leader

TRC Group are currently supporting a specialist manufacturer in Leeds area, with the recruitment of a Paint shop Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Paint Sprayer, looking to take their first step into management.
The Role:
· Leading a small team of 5
· Powder coating, wet painting, and screen printing
· Working with gas fire and infrared ovens
· Setting daily objectives for the team
· Providing training and development for the team
· Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment

· Excellent working hours, Mon-Thurs 7:50am to 5pm and Friday 7:50am to 1pm
· 25 days hols
· Paid overtime
Requirements:
· Demonstrated experience in a paint shop environment
· Strong experience in powder coating
· Wet paint knowledge
