Super exciting opportunity for a strong Junior Sous or existing Sous Chef to work in a 3AA rosette environment within a fantastic hotel in Liverpool!
There are 2 stunning restaurants in the property; one relaxed fine dining experience using excellent produce that has been prepared, partnered and cooked sympathetically. The other a brasserie style restaurant with a casual feel!
They are looking for someone from a rosette/michelin background, ideally 2 rosettes and above, with a passion for great food and the drive to develop their career.
In return they are offering a salary of £24,000 + tips, together with all the career prospects of working for a leading hotel!
