Regional Support Manager
Based in either NE or commutable distance
As Regional Support Manager you will be part of the operations team in collaboration with the regional manager to provide support to the homes across the client portfolios.
Working in partnership with the Regional Manager, you will be there to support home managers and help deliver excellent leadership and care to staff and residents. Part of this role will be to coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes as identified.
As Regional Support manager you will support the Regional Manager in monitoring all aspects of the service delivered in the homes. Through this together you will assist those homes who need that additional support.
At times part of this role will be to step in and cover when there is no manager in the home, this role is very exciting as it gives you an overview of several homes whilst maintaining a hands-on approach.

Do you have the below skills?
- It is essential to have a Care home management background including experience of working across Residential and Nursing environments
- You will be able to adapt your management style to meet the needs of the different care homes
- You will have a proven ability to persuade and influence at all levels
- Experienced in change management, you will also have investigation and root cause analysis skills.
