Recruitment consultant's required: Leeds based
Basic up to £35,000, uncapped bonus, Laptop, Phone and extras

In this role you will be doing a full 360 role from setting up your new desk, developing your new client base, managing your accounts and resourcing high levels of candidates, you would be required to work from our Leeds offices and maybe work offsite also from time to time, you would be looking to step into a Divisional Manager role once your department was set up and showed consisent profit.
Basic dependent upon experience, uncapped commission plus laptop and extras.

The Candidate
You would ideally have proven recruitment experience either as a recruitment consultant or senior.
Please be aware the vertical you are wanting to recruit in isnt important as this can be fully catered for you.
There is no micro management; you need to be a self-sufficient recruitment consultant who is able to generate your own success.
A good team player is a must, and will be able to fit well within a small team.
Excellent service and delivery skills are a must; you should be able to meet high levels of vacancy instructions.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You must have a positive and resourceful nature, and be able to work as part of a team and independently.
