£18,700 + Bonus (Realistic OTE £26,000)
Monday - Friday Office hours with an early finish most Fridays
My client is looking to expend their Sales team so are on the lookout for a number of Outbound Call Centre Agents to join their vibrant office in Leeds
The Role of the Outbound Call Centre Agent:
- Make outbound calls to potential new customers and, through asking appropriate questions understand the customer needs and recommend a suitable product or service.
- Respond to, and follow up on sales enquiries by both telephone & email.
- Manage your own customer accounts for a period of 6 months, ensuring your customers are fully engaged and using their fuel card product at every opportunity.
- Achieve stretching targets by being knowledgeable about the fuel card industry, being consultative in your approach, and having integrity when making recommendations.
The Profile of the Successful Outbound Call Centre Agent:
• Experience in developing new business including lead generation and cold calling
• Self-motivated, energetic, creative thinking individual with an outgoing personality
• Results orientated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to influence others
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Willing to embrace new technology and social media
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Experience of working with contact databases (CRM systems)
