Objective of role
The Key Account Administrator will be part of the centralised administration team based in our Head Office dealing with our high value clients. The role will have ownership of a group of key accounts and will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the agreed contract terms.
Main Responsibilities

  • Creation of contracts onto the CRM system in line with agreed terms
  • Ongoing administrative maintenance of customer accounts to ensure contract changes and purchase orders are accurately reflected in all systems in a timely manner
  • Working alongside the Key Account Manager, document and maintain customer bible capturing all unique processes for each customer
  • Monitor news/social media for changes that may positively or negatively impact customer contract and identify new opportunities
  • Call management for both Key Account and general queries
  • Produce standard report requests from systems
  • Produce accurate monthly consolidated customer invoices in a timely manner with all the necessary supporting documentation
  • Upload invoicing and relevant documentation into customer portals
  • Support Key Account Managers in providing ad hoc management reports, quotes and meeting materials
  • Liaise with credit control function to resolve any issues hindering payment
  • Any other duties reasonably requested and which are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.


  • Must be able to maintain good customer relations at all times
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong general computer literacy skills including MS Office applications or similar
  • Similar experience in a Sales/Customer Service administrative function
  • To be methodical when performing daily tasks. Thereby ensuring the branches compliance with procedures and legislation
  • Conveys an image which represents their role, and the core values
