I am now recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join a passionate and dedicated team within a stunning 5* hotel in Ascot.
The restaurant currently holds a Michelin star, so the ideal candidate needs extensive experience within a luxury setting, ideally to rosette or Michelin standard. Experience at a Sous Chef level is also required, as you will be assisting the more senior chefs with menu development, creation and upholding the awesome standards already in place.
