HR Business Partner

Leeds

Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

My client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their successful team in Leeds.

The HR Business Partner Role:

* Supporting the Directors and Heads of Department to implement a people strategy, driving and building a high-performance environment
* Providing a HR advisory service, acting as the first point of contact for managers within the business
* Working with managers to identify employee training needs and ensure the necessary training and tools are available.
* Management of the new starter induction process, ensuring all employees have the appropriate level of training and introduction to the company
* Ensuring key policies are documented and adhered to by all employees - monitor and update in line with legislation
* Managing disciplinary, grievance and sickness procedures - including but not limited to other procedures of a confidential and sensitive nature
* Monitoring, measuring and reporting employee engagement through regular internal communication and initiatives
* Partnering with managers to initiate employee review processes, including performance and pay reviews
* Managing and providing the HR administration for the business
* Supporting the recruitment and payroll process where required

Profile of the successful HR Business Partner:


* A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
* CIPD level 5 accreditation essential
* Strong people skills and an excellent communicator
* A thorough understanding of all key HR policies as well as current employment legislation
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment but remain focused
* Highly organised

* Ability to think and work autonomously

* Strategic thinking with the ability to approach the relevant parties with new ideas
* Focused & career driven
