.Net Developer

Relaxed Culture

On-site Parking & Great Transport Links

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced C#, MVC/ASP.Net Core developer to join a small, team engaged with a complete rewrite of a very successful SaaS product line. This is a huge Greenfield project, predicted to last around 3 years, with plenty to do thereafter.

Aside from the core project management software, there is a stand-alone product which is gaining traction at quite a rate with their target audience. The first task of this role is to rebuild the solution, moving from an MSSQL/Webforms/VanillaJS stack to Azure/ASP.Net Core/ReactJS.

The Person

You need to be confident in your ability to work on a key project from day one and have enough experience to get your hands dirty with technologies you may not have used before. Years under your belt isn’t a concern, however we will need to see evidence of similar projects, end-to-end delivery of .Net systems, or you have worked with a very similar tech stack.

Also, as this is within a fairly small, sociable team, personality fit is very important. They are a friendly and diverse bunch, very tech focussed and one of them is a dog (cat people be warned!)

The tech experience required is;

  • C#
  • MVC
  • SQL Server
  • Javascript

Any experience with .Net Core, ReactJS or Cloud technology would be a distinct advantage, but not a strict requirement as training will be given if it is felt that your knowledge of software design means you will pick it up quickly.

Up to £45,000 as a basic salary, plus 25 days’ holiday, birthday off, Perkbox subscription, company pension and on-site parking.
