Customer Solutions Advisor

£18,000 - £20,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £24-26k)


The Company

I am currently recruiting for a leading financial services organisation who are looking for target driven, customer orientated candidates to join and help expand their extremely reputable team.

The Role

You will be utilising leads generated from web enquiries and company marketing with absolutely no cold calling, ideal for people who enjoy being on the phone and building rapport to ensure customers have an excellent experience but also working towards the goal of achieving the sale or generating a quality appointment to pass through the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Calling prospective customers offering products and services
  • Quoting and signing deals
  • Liaising with customers dealing with queries

The Candidate

Candidates should have a strong background in customer service or sales, you might have some of the following skills:

  • Confidence and good communication skills
  • Previous sales experience
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships
  • Desire to hit targets and generate revenue
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Drive and commitment
  • Financial services experience desirable

This full time and permanent role is working 37.5 hours a week and is based in East Leeds offices where you will have access to free parking and onsite amenities.
