Monday - Friday 9am - 530pm
£16,000 - £18,000 + Benefits
My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Guiseley. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have great attention to detail and be a team player.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor role:
- Handle inbound calls from customers
- Handle customer accounts
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Be able to handle customer queries from inception to completion
- Look at customer billing queries
