Customer Service Advisor (Financial Services)

Leeds

£18,000 - £20,000 + Bonus OTE £24,000 + Benefits

Mon - Fri between 9am-8pm (37.5 hours each week) + 1 - 3 Saturdays


My client are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team in Leeds.


The Customer Service role would require excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation skills to discuss a number of products with customers.


Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Make outbound calls to customers
  • Handle customer accounts
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Be able to handle customer queries from inception to completion
