Customer Relations Executive - £22,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Leeds

A fantastic opportunity for a hard working, experienced and dedicated Customer Relations Executive to join a hugely successful and continually growing business at a really exciting time!
This is a fantastic role for someone with:

  • Exceptional communications skills…being a great listener is key!
  • Natural curiosity!! You will be investigating to get to the root of your customers issues.
  • Great written and verbal skills…you will be producing bespoke responses to support your clients!

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a customer facing administrative role, managing customer complaints workstreams and providing innovative solutions. You will have excellent IT skills and abilities capable of being an autonomous member of the team, able to effectively manage your client base and case load.

You will be responsible for all elements of investigating complaints, effectively managing your caseload and ensuring that all regulations are met whilst working to regulator legislation.
