Client Onboarding Manager

Leeds

Salary up to £35,000

Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm


My client is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to join their successful team in Leeds

The Client Onboarding Manager Role:

  • Leading the Onboarding team to provide a best in class customer experience, ensuring the smooth onboarding of a customer and their supply points
  • Management and ownership of the day to day tasks and processes within the Onboarding team
  • Working with the Head of Operations to implement and monitor individual and team KPI's
  • Overall responsibility of the industry file process, ensuring the timely registration, sending of flows and exception management
  • Overall responsibility of the contract administration process, ensuring contracts are processed, sites are setup for billing & customer touch points are adhered to
  • Overall responsibility of the siteworks and metering process - predominantly covering meter installs, upgrades/downgrades and metering queries
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and development support to the team where necessary
  • Ensure key team processes are documented and maintained
  • Produce timely reports for management when requested
  • Work within the operational function of the business to satisfy the demands required


Profile of the successful Client Onboarding Manager:
· Management experience in a similar role desired
· Supplier Hub experience essential
· Strong analytical skills
