The Recruitment Crowd is currently looking for Branch Administration in Sheffield
As a branch administrator you will be responsible for;
- Responsible for general branch administration and documentation related to and associated with the branch facility, including ensuring in-boxes are monitored and answered in a timely manner.
- To maintain all company branch systems with full accountability for their integrity.
- To undertake within reason and within the individual’s capabilities, any other duties as directed by CSTL.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to maintain a high standard of achievement
- Good analytical skill
- A Team player
- To be able to work on own initiative, self-motivated and confident when dealing with people.
- Computer literate
- Ability to learn and develop within the role, make suggestions for change and support other colleagues in their absence (with training and development)
- Previous experience in administration
