TRC are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading 4* hotel in the Oxford area. This hotel which has a turnover in the region of £5m is looking to strengthen the finance department by adding an Assistant FC to the team.
Ideally you will be time served, qualifications aren't as important as on the job experience.
The successful applicant will assist in all the financial aspects of the business, from the Hotels profit & loss account, payroll, forecasting, stock management, cost control, supplier payments to the control of all financial processes within the unit. You will work very closely with The Financial Controller and all Heads of Departments developing their knowledge, understanding and practices of all budget requirements to meet set deadlines.
As part of your responsibilities you will also be required to assist in the presenting of the units financial performance on a monthly basis to the senior team of the company.
