A rapidly growing fire protection company are looking to hire a hardworking and motivated Administration Assistant to work in our busy Hertfordshire office. We are a small private company, specializing in the selling of fire extinguishers.

For this role we require a highly motivated individual with previous Administration experience. A high level of competency with Microsoft office and database packages is a must, along with a good telephone manner and a professional approach to the workplace. A good team player who is able to demonstrate own initiative. The main duties of the role will include:

  • Liaising directly with Clients via, email and written correspondence
  • Processing sales orders
  • Information gathering from clients
  • General administration duties
  • Prioritising workloads in order of importance
  • Hourly targets

Candidates will be expected to work a 37.5 Hour working week with 20 days holiday entitlement and bank holidays. In return we can offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding company with great future career prospects.
