An extremely rare opportunity has become available for a talented Account Management professional to join a business that values two things above all is…their people and their clients. Coming from a solution led service delivery sector, you will haven extensive experience of not just building exceptional relationships with your client base, but really getting under the skin of their business - understanding and sharing their ups and downs, supporting and partnering with their organisation and acting as a genuine consultative partner to their business. Liaising with senior stakeholders within your client organisations, you will put your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work on a daily basis, creating the most effective solutions for your customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of sales, marketing or account management gained from within a professional organisation, and will be commercially minded when building relationships with corporate clients. You will take real enjoyment in managing customer relationships from end to end, and will be driven and ambitious to meet challenging yet realistic customer retention and satisfaction targets.
