Rebecca brings over 8 years of recruitment experience to The Recruitment Crowd, having worked across everything from apprenticeships to placing people into long-term careers. Known for her bubbly, chatty nature, she has a real gift for making people feel at ease and making sure everyone is okay.
Outside of work, Rebecca’s world revolves around her husband and little girl, Amelia. Whether it’s family holidays or simply going out for food together, she treasures those moments most. A self-confessed music lover, her playlists range from punk to rock, and she’s rarely without something playing in the background.
Rebecca’s family affectionately call her the “Blonde Morticia Addams” thanks to her love of always wearing black — but behind the look is a caring, energetic personality that shines through in everything she does.
