Charlotte Attle brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role at The Recruitment Crowd, where she specialises in Healthcare recruitment. With eight years in the industry and a focused expertise in the last two years on complex and children’s services, Charlotte has developed a deep understanding of the sector’s unique needs.
Currently pursuing a Safeguarding qualification outside of work, she is passionate about making a positive impact on service users’ lives, a joy she finds in seeing their happiness during her visits. A devoted mother to her daughter Poppy and caregiver to two cats, Charlotte spends her free time reading books, watching movies, and embarking on animal-spotting adventures with Poppy.
An avid foodie and trained fire breather, she brings creativity and energy to both her personal and professional life.
