Kate Shorthouse is TRC’s squash-loving, animal-adoring workaholic. Career-driven and fiercely loyal, Kate has known Luke and Ash for nine years, worked with them three times, and now plans to stick with TRC for good.
Kate brings a wealth of experience to The Recruitment Crowd as a Principal Recruitment Consultant Heading up our Sales & Executive Search Division. With a strong background in Specialist Sales & Exec Level Recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, Kate excels in understanding both client needs and candidate aspirations. She has huge plans in place in alignment with her return to TRC, to build the Sales & Executive Search Division initially and Perm and the wider business as a whole...exciting few years around the corner for Kate working with TRC.
