Gareth is a passionate football fan with a love for the game, both as a player and supporter. When he's not on the pitch or cheering on his team, he’s performing with a Take That tribute band, where he showcases his vocal talents and brings the energy of the iconic group to life.

Outside of football and music, Gareth is a dedicated dad to his 20-month-old son, Rowan. Whether it’s chasing after him in the park or enjoying quiet family moments, Gareth’s heart is full as he navigates the joys and challenges of parenthood.

Balancing his love for football, music, and family life, Gareth brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything he does—both on stage and at home.

Gareth Lear is the Head of Mechanical & Electrical at The Recruitment Crowd, bringing over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry. He has a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of mechanical and electrical roles, from engineering to project management.
