With 7 years of recruitment experience, Mollie has dedicated most of her career to servicing EVRi (formerly Hermes). Over the years, she’s built a strong relationship with the client, managing their recruitment needs with passion and dedication. For her, EVRi is more than just a client — it’s a project she’s deeply invested in, bringing her signature energy and commitment to every challenge.

Outside of work, Mollie is a proud dog mum to her lively 2-year-old Staffie, Storm — true to her name, she’s a whirlwind of energy and joy. When she’s not spending time with her pup, she’s cheering on Lewis Hamilton and dreaming of one day attending a Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Her love of all things Italian, particularly Rome, makes it her ultimate happy place — think spag bol (a self-confessed obsession that earned her the nickname Spag Mol) and an Aperol Spritz in hand. Whether catching up with her girlfriends over a brew or enjoying a bottomless brunch, she knows how to make the most of her downtime.

Currently in the thick of a home renovation project, Mollie finds it incredibly rewarding to see the transformation, proving that even when work is busy, there’s nothing like creating a space to call your own. She’s also a devoted family person, especially cherishing time with her dad, who holds the title of her favourite person in the world.
