Whether it’s ice hockey or recruitment, Erica’s competitive spirit and drive for success are unmatched!
She joined TRC in March 2024 as a Delivery Consultant and skyrocketed her way up to Account Manager—because, let’s be honest, she’s just that good! Known for her dedication, sharp skills, and no-nonsense attitude, Erica keeps everything running smoother than our morning coffee.
As an Account Manager, Erica excels in building lasting client relationships and ensuring their recruitment needs are met with precision and care. With a strong background in recruitment and account management, she delivers tailored solutions that align perfectly with client goals.
